Registration
Woodhaven registration takes places in phases, with priority registration windows for our church members, current and formerly enrolled families, and members of other Methodist churches. Remaining spaces are made available through the general lottery. Enrollment paperwork will be processed in randomly generated order by priority group, until we reach capacity. All others will be wait-listed in numerical order by session. When your child is offered a spot, you will be invited to join our brightwheel app and invoiced for your registration fee and first-of-ten tuition payment.

Please enjoy our virtual tour for prospective families by clicking the button below. Please contact the school at (408) 294-6072 to arrange a tour if you are interested in enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year (age 2.5 by September 2). Children are welcome at our tours.
2025-2026 Registration and Beyond
Registration for Fall 2024 is closed, but we are accepting students to our waitlists. For students not yet eligible to enroll, we are happy to add you to our prospective student list and reach out to you when it is the right time to schedule a tour and submit a registration form. Rather than maintain an on-going waitlist for future academic years, Woodhaven Preschool only waitlists students for the current registration cycle. Please contact us at (408) 294-6072 to be added to our system.
